You will begin at Aid Station and head up to Judas Peak via Llandudno Ravine.

1/2 Everest = 8 repeats.
1/4 Everest = 4 repeats.

You will be starting with a lekker warm up by starting in reverse. You will start from Aid station at Suikerbossie and will start with a descent to Bisschop Road then turn and start your repeats.

Full Everest = 70 repeats.
1/2 Everest = 35 repeats.
1/4 Everest = 18 repeats.

Trail Runners Route
Cape Town Aid Station / Waterpoint will be just below the Suikerbossie Restaurant, where the tar meets dirt road. This will accommodate trail runners, cyclists and tar runners all from one spot.

Cyclists and Road Runners - The Aid Station marks the top of your peak but is also the where you would be starting from (you'll be going downhill first).
Trail Runners, the Aid station marks your starting point for each repeat.

Anyone is welcome to "sell'' their peaks/hills and just do as many as they can. For example, get your employer, family and friends to sponsor each hill repeat that you complete and donate to your fundraiser account.
